PRESERVED LEMONS
Henry's Olives Preserved Lemons are preserved in salt and lemon juice and flavored with cayenne. Preserved lemons are often associated with Moroccan cuisine (e.g. tagines) but they can be used in almost any recipe in place of fresh lemon and in a variety of other dishes. Their bright, lemony flavor is especially great with fish, chicken, lentils and desserts! But the possibilities are endless, you can really allow yourself to play and get creative, enjoy!
